〔記者黃旭磊／高雄報導〕黑心油品退貨爭議多，通路商頭大，家樂福官網刊登，大統油 品退貨到十一月十五日，不具名通路商也反映，「退貨金額不可思議」。 高雄市消保官上週接獲兩百多件投訴，民眾沒帶發票、不具會員資格導致消費紀錄無法查 詢，退不到錢，通路商這邊也頭大，民眾拿壓扁空罐，沒有消費紀錄，推測可能是空瓶回 收價僅一、兩元，原價退費價更高，而大統日後不保證支付賠償金，恐將求償無門。 家樂福官網刊登，退費需持發票、商品，如無發票需攜帶會員卡，可查詢近兩個月消費紀 錄，退費期限到十一月十五日截止，有問題請撥打大統長基服務電話：0800-066-200。 知名通路業者表示，空瓶排山倒海而來，金額到不可思議地步，民眾連在地方雜貨店買的 也來退，「五天退費金額超過兩年毛利率」，通路商賺的是過路財，倉庫堆滿大統油品， 屆時也不知能否求償。 記者訪查賣場，服務中心小姐說，多數民眾沒保存發票，少數民眾拿空瓶退費，只要查到 消費紀錄都給退，至於無法證明為本店購買，只好請民眾見諒。 http://www.libertytimes.com.tw/2013/new/oct/27/today-south8.htm -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.137.140
