（中央社記者卞金峰桃園縣28日電）桃園地院24日審理洪仲丘案時，269旅憲兵官郭毓龍卻無故未到；桃院今天將他拘提到案，法官審理後裁定以2萬元交保候傳。

桃園地院24日審理洪仲丘案件，傳喚269旅憲兵官郭毓龍出庭，當天合議庭一直等不到郭毓龍，審判長鄭吉雄還為此相當生氣；桃院今天上午將他拘提到案。

對於郭毓龍交保，桃園地方法院發言人吳為平庭長說，合議庭衡量郭毓龍涉案情節跟涉犯的侵害危害性，認為沒有羈押必要，主要是確保郭毓龍以後開庭時能到庭。1021028
