美媒：中國對朝禁售令獲批于最高領導層

韓國朝鮮日報 – 

日前，中國發佈禁止向北韓出口技術和物品清單。就此，美國《紐約時報》30日報導說，這一舉措很可能得到中國最高領導層——由七名成員組成的政治局常委會批准。

該媒體援引中國和西方專家的話報導說，北韓不顧中國的反對繼續進行核子試驗，禁止出口物項清單的發佈表明中國對北韓愈加憤怒，也是阻止北韓核開發的重要進展。9月23日，中國商務部、工業和資訊化部、海關總署、國家原子能機構等四個部門發佈“公告2013年第59號”，公佈了一份長達236頁的公文，列舉了禁售物品清單。

美國專門研究中國和北韓問題專家羅傑-卡瓦佐斯就此次中國政府的舉措分析指出，中國針對的可能是北韓核彈頭運載工具（火箭）技術。《紐約時報》報導說，據觀察北韓在核彈爆炸試驗上取得成功，但是尚未達到核彈頭進入大氣層時能夠抵抗熱量的運載工具試驗階段。
