化僵局？研擬監聽專案報告時致歉

立法院朝野協商沒有結果，行政院長江宜樺與內閣閣員在11時左右，已經返回行政院。

台聯立院黨團總召集人許忠信中午步出議場時表示，民進黨團仍堅持行政院長江宜樺道歉，但江宜樺與國民黨團都堅持不道歉，雙方各自堅持立場，僵局無法化解。現在又發生監聽國會的事情，所以，是否可能由行政院針對監聽國會進行專案報告，在專案報告時穿插某一種方式的道歉，下午還要繼續協商。

行政院秘書長陳威仁中午離去前，被問及江揆在專案報告中致歉，是否是可以接受的方案？陳威仁並沒有明確表態，僅表示，此事還沒有定案。
